If you have submitted your order with an incorrect delivery address, I will do my best to ensure that it is updated to the correct address if contact has been made within good time.

If you need to update your delivery address, please get in touch with me as soon as possible to change this. I will respond with confirmation of the change once this has been made.

Although every effort is made to ensure delivery addresses are updated, it ultimately remains up to you, the customer, to ensure you provide me with the correct delivery details. 

If your order has already been despatched to the incorrect address, we will need to wait for the item to be returned to us until we can re-send. This will be subject to a small re-delivery charge.

You are welcome to cancel an order for a full refund if it has not yet been despatched. Please get in touch with your name and order number using our online contact form.

If the order has already been despatched, our returns policy applies.

My posting days are currently Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Orders placed before 2pm on these days will ship same day and orders placed after this cut off will be shipped on the next posting day.

Express delivery upgrades are available once you reach the checkout.

UK customers are able to upgrade to First Class post which typically arrives within 2 working days.

International customers are able to upgrade to ‘Tracked’ shipping which normally shortens the delivery time from 2-3 weeks to 5-10 working days.

Once your order has been dispatched, please allow the following estimates for your order to be delivered to you.

The majority of orders will be sent via Royal Mail in packaging which will easily fit through a standard sized letterbox, so there is no need to wait in for your order to arrive!

UK First Class: 1-2 business days (including Saturdays)

UK Second Class: 3-5 business days (excluding Saturdays)

North America: 14-30 business days

Europe: 7-21 business days

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 21-30 business days

Please remain aware that COVID-19 is still playing havoc with deliveries and we appreciate your patience at this time.

If your order still hasn’t arrived within the dates advised above, please do contact us and we will do our best to help.

Please be aware that I am unable to offer refunds after the item has been ‘lost’ after 3 months from shipping date, so please do get in touch before this time.

All of our packaging is plastic free and easily recyclable. We don’t use cellophane bags to wrap our cards in a bid to reduce the amount of single use plastic going into landfill and oceans.

We haven’t yet had a problem with items arriving water damaged in transit, but if this does happen, please get in touch to arrange a replacement.

We carefully choose the paper used to make your greetings card, ensuring it comes from FSC certified forests and the envelope your card is packaged with is 100% recycled.

To help us all stay in touch and to save you time and valuable pennies on postage, we offer a ‘Send Direct’ service.

When asked ‘Who shall we send your card to?’ on the product listing, simply select ‘Send direct to them’ and enter a message in the personalisation field below. Your message will be printed directly into the card for you and posted INSIDE it’s gifting envelope straight to your loved one. No receipts or prices will be included. Please ensure their address is entered at the checkout instead of yours.

If you prefer to hand deliver your card, handwrite your own message, or simply send it yourself, please select the ‘Send to you’ option.

A ‘Send to you’ card will come with it’s own gifting envelope (as above) but will be packaged in an ‘outer’ (extra) packaging envelope, with a receipt.

If you are ordering multiple cards and would like them individually posted to your recipients, please get in touch prior to ordering so I can best advise how to do this.

Orders which haven’t been personalised can be returned to us for a refund, as long as it remains unused and returns to us in the same condition it arrived with you. Buyers are responsible for postage costs incurred, which must be returned within 14 days. Please obtain proof of return postage* and include your order number or original packing slip.
